Thank you for your follow up in regards to my purchase of a 2003 BMW M5. Today is the 1-year anniversary of my purchase, and I still consider myself lucky to have found such a fine vehicle, and I don't regret my purchase one bit. Hard to believe it's been 1 year already.
From my first visit to your website, to walking out the door with the keys to this fine vehicle, was an absolute pleasurable experience. A few special notes:
Web Site - Very well designed, excellent information and photographs. I've shopped on line for almost a year prior to my purchase, and I've seen many web sites. I can assure you, yours is one of the best. My favorite part? The fact that you've allowed your team to share a little bit of themselves in the ”Our Team“ page. In fact, as soon as I walked into your facility, I felt like I knew everyone there. It's this personal approach that distinguishes your business above the others.
Detailing - No detail is too small, and Mr. Marlon Bramble does an absolutely superb job at bringing these vehicles to nearly brand new condition. As hard as I've tried, I'm still unable to match his work! He's so good, in fact, I'd even go so far as to suggest a ”Marlon's Corner - Tips for Keeping Your Vehicle Looking Brand New“ section of your web site.
Photography - Ms. Kim Johnson does an OUTSTANDING job photographing these fine autos (and Marlon's hard work). While I was waiting for the M5 to be prepped for final sale, I had the opportunity to watch Ms. Johnson at work. A bit of an amateur photographer myself, it's easy to see she takes great pleasure, and pride, in her work.
Sales Staff - My special thanks go to Mr. Doug Redmond. From the moment of my first inquiry, his communication was top notch. I can assure you Mr. Redmond was a big reason in easing my hesitation in making such a purchase, in large part, over the internet. After I'd flown down to Atlanta to make the purchase, he went well out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. He was genuinely concerned about my well being, and he treated me not only like a valued customer, but more importantly, like a human being.
On a final note, Mr. Redmond mentioned your future plans to have a warehouse built to house all these fine vehicles while they await sale. This is an excellent move, and I'm looking forward to seeing your ribbon cutting ceremony on your web site!

I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to deal with your company. I spoke first with Mike Ventola who was very helpful in answering questions about my car and was available to return a call even on Sunday. He arranged all the paperwork and shipping. The car arrived one day early and again, I was very impressed with the shipping company that was used, S & W Auto Carriers. The driver, Winston, stayed in communication with me and he made his way across the Country and he arrived exactly when promised. The registration of the car had its challenges, but only due to the bureaucracy of the State of California. When additional documents were needed, Crystal made sure they were sent. Bottom line, I received the car on the 14th and today I have the State license plates on it. The vehicle's condition was excellent and it was everything that it was represented to be. I will also tell you that since the E 320 CDI models are not sold in California, the car has attracted some interest on the freeway - with gas prices at $3.25+/gallon. I left the 'Select Luxury' license plate frame on it and have seen at least one person copy down your company's name and phone number. I think my vehicle will be a great sales tool for you out here! The vehicle arrived in good shape on October 21 while we were out of the country, so my daughter e-mailed a photo to France to admire for time being. It took us a few days upon our return to complete the paperwork trail and yes, we finally got the license plates today.
